Is MidX flying?

Not yet. The company is in its development stage. Service could begin soon with the right acquisition, but will more likely start in earnest in Spring, 2027. Or if fuel prices remain high, maybe not for a while longer.

Who is already on the MidX team?

We are a group of entrepreneurs with varying levels of aviation management experience. Right now we’re heavier in planning and marketing experience, light in airline operations and maintenance. What has brought us together is a common belief that the domestic airline business has become too concentrated– creating new opportunities in alternative markets between the biggest cities. We also know that select leisure destinations (Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Las Vegas, and Phoenix in particular) can support higher quality services. We intend to be the answer. What do you think?

Where will you fly first?

We’re evaluating multiple Midwestern markets which have successfully been served in the past. Our focus is on non-stop business markets 300 miles and further. We intend to grow into a network carrier.
